    And her fortune cookie said…

“Tonight you will party like a rock star!”

LOL Actually, I kept that fortune and it read: “You should be able to undertake and complete anything you desire” which is a nice thought. For the record, Johnny scored a most auspicious *double* fortune, in his cookie. And, I didn’t just party like a rockstar, for two nights I partied *with* a rockstar and had the time of my life doing so. LOL ;-)

Thank you, so much, Johnny, for the amazing opportunity to spend time in your and Jim’s gracious and spellbinding company. :-) Beatiful place (loved the decor), delicious food, awesome company and wonderful conversation. Doesn’t get any better than that. :-) Won’t go into details, but what came across most strongly is how humble you are, Johnny, and deeply appreciative of the strange/improbable twists of fate that have led you to experience and live such an extraordinary life and be such a bright, talented and distinctive soul. I can appreciate that, because the life I’ve lived is different from what genetics or society would have dictated for me. There is no way someone from my background should have a university education or be able to travel or do so many of the things I have done. But, I figured out, years ago, that once you’ve done or accomplished something, it’s yours, forever. No one can undo it or take it away from you, at that point. Like I’ve said, it’s not the things I’ve done that I regret, it’s the things I’ve yet to do. And I will always appreciate the odd workings of fate that have led me to meet and get to know you better, my friend. :-) I’ve been a bit of an oddball, since I was a girl, interested more in things that most people don’t expect of a woman. Samurai and ancient/feudal Japan, comic books (which I collected for years, actually, so I know outfits such as Dark Horse quite well) and so many other things. So, it’s a pleasure to encounter someone else that is genuinely interested in virtually *everything* under the sun and over the moon and can talk, intelligently and at depth, about so many diverse subjects.

Oh, and I did remember to drop a lot of love on Johnny from all his peeps, as promised. :-)
