  This presentation script is very well written, Johnny. It’s not totally inclusive by any means, but I presume its purpose has to do with the book and for that it’s well suited. There’s so much more to be said about the ‘life and times’, but that may be for another chapter in your life. Don’t spread yourself so thin that you disappear.
