  I be hanging, amigo. It has been the worst week of my life, bar none. Entire Easter spent in Emergency getting strong antibiotic shots, now I have to try and recover from *that.* Any more ‘TLC’ and they would have nuked me off the face of the planet. I still don’t know what attacked my system–jury remains out on that one. I’ve had to rebuild my entire system–electrical, water, air ducts, plumbing… This is the part of the program where Mike Holmes shows up and gets *really* cross with the fly-by-night outfit that came in, gutted everything and left a mess for him and his crew to fix up. LOL Good thing Owls are mostly feathers, talons and beak… I’m still here, still hootin’, but it’s been a rough one. I will know better, by tomorrow afternoon, if it’s all systems “go,” again. It’s like firing up a car engine and hoping it “turns over” or “rebooting” a computer… Okay, time for me to grab some rest here. I’ll keep checkin’ in… Hopefully, *live* from the roost. ^^ I’m trying to keep folks up on things without freakin’ anyone out… I’ve been ill, but I’m doing my best to recover. Didn’t have to “dial 911” *until* the freezing agent they put into my 3rd antibiotic shot turned out to be something I had an unexpected drug reaction to, in addition to all my *other,* symptoms… *That* was fun, especially when the emergency staff thought I was being a wimp and a hypochondriac. Owls are rather tough birds… if we call for an ambulance, we’re not in good shape. Went into *shock,* the night before that, which was fun, too. On the *up* side: I’m *completely* caught up on cable movies, music videos and recent TV episodes. ^^ Some of the middle bits are a bit hazy… I did see the Kalan Porter music video “Hurray (I’m bringing Scrabble back)” where he’s playing Scrabble with his granny. It’s time for my white blood cells to go all ninja on whatever’s left in my system to mop up.
