Looks chilly! Pardon me if I’m not in any rush to check out the Green Reaper. ^^ I’ve already been on nodding acquaintance with the Grim one too many times. Plus, in the end, Owls are mostly made up of feathers. So, we recycle well. ^^ I’ll probably just wind up as a feather boa in Taiwan, someday. 
I’m not surprised about the location. You always did say San Fran was a bit ‘haunted,’ anyway, because of where they built the city.
